These descriptions are from a callsheet that was at the filming the other day (pic is not mine so I’m not posting it). The picture quality wasn’t the best so some of the wording might be off slightly.
@DarrenCriss: So I may have to deal with a few unflattering shirtless pictures surfacing, but whatever it’s a fair trade for rockin that sweet water slide (x)
darrencriss: What a treat to introduce the talented @OurNameIsMagic at @iheartradio #iHeartRadio
Darren Criss speaks on-stage during the 2014 iHeartRadio Music Festival Village on September 20, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I urge you all to watch this and either “like” or comment. Reading the comment thread has been so disheartening. Only about half of the responses have been positive for a campaign endorsed by the President that speaks about stopping sexual assault.
There is slut shaming, talk of the inevitability of rape, as well as men’s rights activists denouncing feminism and women. In a country where female oppression is an everyday happenstance, where females are taught to live in fear of men, blaming themselves if they are assaulted, it is appalling to see the demographic of people who blatantly disregard or minimize the severity of sexual assault. It is even more disheartening to see that so many view a campaign meant to protect victims as “crazed feminism,” “female superiority” or “a waste of time.”
Please, go view this video. Respond to comments. Educate others. Share the campaign and show your support.
